Microsoft and Nokia to agree on the Windows phone over a billion dollars

The partnership between Nokia and Microsoft there would be an agreement for the payment of over one billion dollars by the Redmond for the benefit of the Finnish. According to reports from a source of Bloomberg. Microsoft has agreed to pay in order to prevent agreements with Nokia and Google Android and its profits to be made for the amount paid out for five years to obtain a refund for an unspecified amount of money for each Windows Smartphone Phone sold.
have preferred it possible to simplify some Microsof choices, save on some fronts (Bing, for example, Nokia uses Navteq maps) but also prevented the birth of the Apple-Google duopoly (Nokia could diversify only hardware, but never on the software).
The agreement with Stephen Elop to Redmond (the CEO of Nokia) allow the birth of a third contender in the world market, an alliance that somehow is strategic for Microsoft, and Nokia.
