the United Sections of the Supreme Court clarified an old debate, said that in order to modify the tables annexed to the thousandth building regulations , the qualified majority is sufficient in art. 1138 cc
In previous decisions had held that the approval or review of the tables was necessary thousandth the unanimous consent of all apartment buildings, in the absence of which would provide the court at the request of those concerned.
Tables thousandth - the Court explained in n.18477/2010 sentence - under Art. 68 att. Civil Code, are attached to the building regulations (which in turn was adopted by majority vote in accordance with art. 1138).
Given that this table does not ensure the right of individual condominium units on the property but are limited to only the value of the seed compared to the whole building, for the sole purpose of managing the condominium, it must be concluded that for their approval the same majority is sufficient for settlement of the building which are attached.
