Letters For Service Hours Completed

concluded in Italy

Oggetto: Aumentano i mutui stipulati in Italia.
In this situation, according to Codacons, who had to take out a mortgage has preferred to do this in a period when rates were more favorable. But not all: "A demonstration that the crisis is not over - still Codacons -" there's figure for sales of property for economic use that continue to show a negative trend (-5.1%). Who should get married, then, can hardly refer to a long marriage and the purchase of the house, who must open a new store think twice before doing it in this recession. "The association, in essence, calls for caution and recommended to take out adjustable rate mortgages. Even if they currently appear attractive, you run the risk of incurring rate increases that may well exceed 30%. "Better to decide between fixed and variable - Codacons concludes -" in relation to the level of their income rather than groped analysis of international monetary economics about future rates.
